Special instructions for resin statues
Statues made of resin and polystone are fragile works of art. Each statue will be custom-packaged by the studio before shipment and reinforced by the OrzGK team after arriving at our warehouse to ensure safety as much as possible. However, uncontrollable factors during transportation may still cause minor damage, such as small breaks, fine cracks or surface scratches.
Therefore, we recommend that you consider carefully before placing an order. If you cannot tolerate any potential minor flaws or minor shipping damage, please place an order with caution. Of course, if you find that there is a problem with the statue after receiving it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide photos and descriptions. We will contact the studio and do everything possible to obtain replacement parts (of course this depends on the studio).
