Q: Why can't I log into my account? / Why is my password incorrect?

A: The Version 2.0 site has a different database structure from the Version 1.0 site, resulting in some users' passwords being automatically encrypted during the new system setup. Rest assured, all your account information is intact. If you find an incorrect password, please reset your password. If you do not receive the reset password email, do not hesitate to contact us via Whatsapp!

Q: How do I view my previous orders?

A: You can check "My Orders" in the "My Account" section located at the top right corner of the page, or directly click here.

Q: It looks like some of my previous orders are missing?

A: You may have encountered a data display bug. Please send us your order number through Whatsapp or Email, and we will immediately verify and promptly display it on your account page. We have backups of all data so don't worry.
